Home Building
Milligan Construction LLC was hired to do the framing and the roof for my new contrusction home. My home was not even two years old when my roof started leaking. It was leaking because Milligan Construction's employees failed to do their job the first time and put flashing around a vent. They were called and supposedly came to my home and attached the flashing. Not 4 months later, that same spot is leaking and a NEW spot is leaking. We have called and spoken with Eric, he said someone would be out within a week to repair. 5 weeks later, no one has been here. And now, surprise, he's not returning our phone calls. This customer service is disgraceful. Not to mention the fact that Milligan Construction shows they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK. Now I have to hire a NEW roofer to come fix their sloppy work. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them. There are much more honorable workers out there willing to do the job right the first time.
