 + -1 moreThe delivery people were quite punctual delivering the mattress, but that was the only positive experience with Mattress Direct. When they delivered the exchanged mattress they did not exchange the foundation, so the foundation was smaller than the new mattress by an 1" all the way around. If I had not read the warranty that came with the exchanged mattress the warranty would have been void (its a 20 year warranty), but they did not tell me, nor did they care. The sales people are not up front about there exchange policy. I would not recommend this store, I would go somewhere else that will actually give you your money back if you are not happy with your purchase. I'm sorry I ever set foot in this store. Once these people have your money customer satisfaction goes out the window.
Description of Work: I purchased a mattress, then exchanged it for a different one because the first one was too soft.
