They had to come back a couple times because they thought they fixed the problem but they had to come back because we had a gas leak. The part they replaced was leaking. 

The first person they sent was experienced was knowledgeable. The second guy didn't have the same expertise. He had to call the frist guy a few times for assistance. The service wasn't as efficient since they had to come back and re do work.

They had to come back and replace a faucet after finding a leak.

It went well. They fixed my leaks. They even offered advice on other issues I was having.

Outstanding. They came out the same day, picked up the water heater at Home Depot, hauled away the old one. Took about two hours. Nice guys. Very polite, professional, clean. Barbara at the office kept in good communication. Their price (ex cost of heater) was very reasonable considering same day/PU/haul away. Couldn't be happier.

I used them before that. The house was built in 1950 and so we have older pipes and so they pretty much replaced our under ground sewer pipes. Before that I did maintenance with them trying to avoid the big project. It was nice because they said we can keep coming and doing the maintenance so you can save money to get to the point where we can do this major job. They would come out like once a month. I would call them and they would flush the system. I thought that was nice instead of trying to pressure me to do everything. They are great. I had a bad experience with another plumber but they are really great. If you have any problems, the owner himself will call you. John L will call you and try to make things right, if there is a misunderstanding or whatever. We have been using them since 2008.

The services was performed and completed professionally.  Cleaned up all tools and used fixtures.

It has been very satisfactory, I have  been very pleased with him.  We had a little trouble deciding what we are going to do.  He has been very good about calling and everything.  I will use him again.

Overall I have used them in the past and have always had a good experience.

When John L's Plumbing Inc put our hot water heater in it was a bad time at December 31st so they were expensive and they didn't do the job properly and the Vice President of the company had to come out and take a look at it and have them redo part of it.  My wife said it was expensive but they might have just charged us more because it was New Years Eve.  

What I didn't like about them is they didn't do the job properly.  They vented the hot water heater they put in and they did a sloppy job on the vents, instead of a proper vent they just put a piece of metal over the one that was there.  I would not use John L's Plumbing Inc again.

I can always count on JL'S Plumbing to do a great job with prompt courteous & professional service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right the 1st time all the time!

charge for a $400.00 water heater

They were fast; however, the service occurred during the holiday weekend, which made it expensive. They also had to make our water heater up to code, and that cost us even more money. They didn't properly cap off the vent on the roof and they came back to fix it.
