AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE OVER THE PHONE, AND I PAID IN ADVANCE, WHICH IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY WAS MY CHOICE, THEY WOULD HAVE BILLED ME. THEY EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD BEEN and quot;Xand quot; NUMBER OF YEARS SINCE THE ORIGINAL TREATMENT AND IT NEEDED TO BE TREATED AGAIN JUST AS IF IT WAS A NEW HOUSE. I KNEW THIS WAS A TRUE STATEMENT HAVING DEALT WITH OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST AND HAVING HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THE GENTLEMEN COMING TO THE HOUSE WOULD EXPLAIN THE PROGRAM TO ME. THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT, HE DID SHOW ME WHAT THE INITIAL NEW TREATMENT ON MY SIZE HOUSE WOULD COST $475 NEXT YEAR BUT COULD BE BROKEN DOWN IN 3 PAYMENTS, AND THEN THE PAYMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING YEARS WOULD GO TO $115 A YEAR. THEY HAD BEEN AT $95 FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, SO IT WAS NOT SUPRISING THAT THEY WOULD GO UP. THE NEW TREATMENT WILL BE DONE NEXT YEAR.
