Scott and David came out the same day I called to provide an estimate.  I received 2 other estimates from other people both of which came in higher than theirs.  
Once I called them back to go ahead with the job they were able to fit me in their schedule within the next couple of days.  
The job took about 2 days to take out a total of 6 large pines trees that were within a few feet of my house and my neighbor's house, all of which had to be climbed to be removed.  The job was completed quickly, professionally, at estimate, and with no damage to any property.
I highly recommend J and S Tree Service and will definitely use them in the future when the need arrises.

J and S Tree Service was top notch.  Scott came and gave a very reasonable estimate the same day I called him.  They were able to fit me into their schedule the following day.  Scott and David arrived on time with all of their equipment needed for the job.  They were very professional and exceeded all of my expectations.  When the job was complete, all debris was picked up and removed.  J and S tree Service did a great job and will definitely call on these guys in the future.

Everything was extremely smooth from phone call to payment. They showed up on the morning scheduled, worked hard all day, cleaned up everything, and finished it all in one day!!

The guys who came in and did the trees, they came on-time and they were really nice to work with. They had a little equipment, which was not necessarily their fault, but they did do a good job of cutting the trees down. They came on the day they were supposed to and they showed up on time. Tree cutting is a tricky business, but they did clean up everything behind themselves, which is a big deal and they also have a stump grinder that will grind the stumps when they are finished. They even had somebody, they had to take a part of my fence down to drop a tree in the back yard, this time in my house. They had a specific person to take a part of the fence down and put it back up again when they were finished. They were thorough. Scott Dexter is one of the owners and there is another one there are two of them. Scott Dexter was one of the owners of the company and he is the one that I did a lot of the business, like organizing the date and everything and he is a really nice young man but he is good. They had some mechanical issues, which is not really their fault. There were a couple of little things that were not in anybody's control, this made the task go a little longer, but that's something that they cannot exactly help I think. As far as the cleanup and everything else they did, what they were supposed to do. They gave me a good price. They explained everything to us like what they were going to do, and this guy he did a 100 foot tree that was amazing. It was a palm tree and it was huge, he was climbing up there and he would let us know exactly what they would do first, then second and third. We could stand out there and you know keep ourselves back, safety oriented because they don't want anybody to get hurt and then they pick everything themselves after they are finished so they are professionals.

Everything was great. They showed up on time, they did their business and the price was as quoted.  The price was extremely reasonable; he gave me a better deal than someone else who gave me a quote.  They are good people.  I have recommended them to others.
