I like that Home Depot are very helpful and greet you at the door. They ask you if you need any help. It gets kind of busy there and they only have so many employees. They have a plethora of employees but sometimes it gets so crowded it is difficult to find some things. That is not their fault but sometimes I get lost in there! They do give the 10% discount to the military.

We were very satisfied with them ordering what we wanted. Mitchell, the young man that installed them, was terrific. He was a subcontractor. He cleaned up and explained everything. He was very professional. He was about 30 and well dressed. He was very intelligent. He showed us 3 times how to lock one of the doors because it was a little tricky. I would have had to have gone through all the instructions. It was a secure door and he said that it is the best storm door he puts in. He showed us how to open the other door for ventilation. He cleaned up after himself and swept up. He was wonderful. He arrived on time and called before he came. It was just a joy. He gave us his phone number if we have any problems. He told us how long the doors are guaranteed. We were really impressed with him. He really knew what he was doing. He is sort of a door expert and also installs front doors. He concentrates on doors. He looks at all the specs when new doors come out so he can tell his customers about them, which I thought was very good. I was very pleased with him.
