It went very well. He was at my house in less than an hour and completed everything that day. He even helped fix 1 lock that wasn't seated properly. He was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be calling him again.

I called Mr. Hinton in the morning because I had a non-emergency situation with a stuck lock/door knob on the door between my house and attached garage. He stated he would give me a call in the afternoon before coming out. He called at about 2:15 pm and arrived shortly thereafter. He managed to open the door in about 10 minutes, much to my relief.
