"Unfortunately the customer failed to mention, a family member had cut several water lines trying to repair the problem themselves. Although it was just (1) water re-route, my plumber had to find the original issue amongst several cut lines to re-route and then repair the lines that a family member cut. You were aware of the cost before work began. If that was unacceptable- you should have looked for another plumbing company right then. I am sorry you feel that way, however waiting 8 months to post a negative response is being vindictive."
I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Terrific job.
