Work was done quickly and professionally bringing my house up to current inspection standards.

Lance and Jason did a wonderful job with electrical work at my house. I'm getting ready to sell, so it was time to replace the wobbly, noisy fans and update most of the other light fixtures in the house. They were punctual and professional. My new ceiling fans are installed far more securely and safely than the old ones ever were. They also loaned me their outlet tester so I could check all my outlets. I found one with reversed polarity and they fixed that too. They installed new GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathroom. They also discussed options for making my aluminum wiring safer if it becomes a point of contention when I find a buyer for my house.

Our experience was very positive. Jason came out and surveyed our backyard to determine the best location. He kept in mind that we had to run the gas line from the front of the house to the back of the house and considered how it would look when it was all done. He did an analysis of our energy usage and gave us his suggestions on what load capacity would be best for our house. He communicated very well through the entire process and was able to get the generator and install it within a couple of weeks of him giving us the estimate. The job went quickly and efficiently (moreso than I thought it would) and the generator runs beautifully. He came out after it was completed and showed us how it worked and tested it for us. The lights went out once and it kicked on as it was supposed to. It also kicks on once a week for a test run and that has happened without any issues. We also decided to use Faciane for regular maintenance of the generator which has gone well so far. While Jason was out we also had him repair a kitchen ballast that was not working properly. He fixed it with no problem. Jason was very honest and really gave excellent customer service. The cost for the generator purchase/installation ended up being slightly less from the original proposal and he gave me the option of a refund or putting it towards the maintenance contract. That's something you don't always see. I will use them again for any electrical project that I have. Very satisfied.

They did a great job. They are honest and do really good work. It is a father and son business and they have really reasonable rates. Whenever you call them, they come right out.
