Debautte A/C Heating

DEBAUTTE A/C came out almost immediately when my A/C went out, he arrived when he said he would and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The bill was extremely reasonable when compared with other companies I have used in the past. Definitely will use DEBAUTTE A/C for my heating and cooling needs.

Once again, they returned my call promptly and came out the same day. The issue was fixed within 3 hours of my initial call.

Perfect.  On time, very thorough, professional, communicated frequently and easy to reach and educated me on what I needed to accomplish my objectives in cooling, heating and filtering.  The proposal was presented as promised and in line with my expectations, installation occurred on time and quickly and completely, no lose ends. 

Now one and a half years later, I look back and know that I made the right decision choosing the right company for this project.  Everything working fine and we're getting the benefit of the more efficient units.

in the futurreMr Debautte is very good at what he does.  The unit should hold up for many years to come.  Before he arrived at a price he showed me many options on quality and price with no pressure.  Having done contracting for many years I can spot a con man a mile off. Debautte is the real deal.  I would trust him to be fair and provide quality repairs should the need arrive in the future

Someone came out less than 2 hours after I called which was a huge relief during the summer with a broken a/c! Price was very reasonable- he asked what kind of Angie's List coupon I had and when I told him it was for 5% off, he upped to 10% for us! Would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Dale allied to say he was on the way. Arrived promptly and completed work professionally, on time and fairly priced.

Dale was prompt and arrived when scheduled. Install was completed without any problems. From the time Dale first came to check my unit unitl he finished, he was very professional. I would definately recommend him to anyone needed HVAC work.

Everthing was smooth, from the estimate to the final meeting.
The first house, built by by parents in 1964, has a few quirks due to age and code changes.
The outside unit has been replaces twice, and the attic portion once, I believe.
I was not surprised that the entire system needed relacement, since it had been through Katrina flooding and surprisingly still worked, except for needing freon a couple of times.
A few weeks after a renter moved in, the thing went out.
Of course it was very hot, and of course it was a weekend!
I called Dale, he came out and got it running again, gave me a good asessment of the condition of the system.
It was no surprise he suggested a new system.
I was confident his opinion was one to be trusted as he was recommended by two frieinds who both have construction knowlege.
Since the unit was undersized for the house, old and somewhat inefficient, It was a good move to replace it.
It took two days and Dale kept checking back to see that all was well; he also trouble shot another issue; one room not getting as much air as the others.
He ran that down, at no extra charge.
He did not present a bill until a week later when everyone was satisfied and the renters were cooled off!
Just a week later in my home, the drip pan in the attic leaked and needed quick replacement.
Dale got here right away and was on the job again, That was a $300+ job but did require a professinal as the work was in a hot cramped attic and required the entire unit be carefully lifted and set back down on a new pan.
