All is well. I am pleased with the performance of my car.

Excellent work! As always, the team at Crossgates Firestone looked over my car and advised on things to be watching. I am especially impressed that they told me the rear brakes did not need replacing at this time. Many garages would have simply replaced the brakes because that is what I asked for, but they went the extra mile and allowed me to delay that extra cost until later. They also had the car finished well before promised.

Crossgates Firestone performed as excellently as usual!  They checked my car over, but had no hard sell for "extras" or "I should have" services, like many other places frequently do.

I am new to town.  I needed a tune-up on my Jeep Wrangler and a tire rotation, oil change, etc.  I called Crossgates Firestone on Wednesday evening, July 22 to see if they could work on my vehicle on Friday, July 24 as I had that day off work.  I spoke with someone named Andrew, I believe.  He asked if I could drop it off and I said no, that I am alone here and had no way to get home so I would have to wait for it.  He said it would be a couple of hours to wait, to which I agreed.  When I arrived Friday morning prepared to wait there for the work to be done, I was told that there was no way I could wait as "it would be hours before they could even get to my vehicle."  I stated that I had called a couple of days earlier to make an appointment and was told bluntly "We don't take appointments here."  That would have been nice to know before I planned my day around getting my vehicle serviced.  I left, and will not go back there.

It took them about four hours to do the work.

I always have had a great experience with Crossgates Firestone. I find their people at the front desk incredibly helpful, and they never mind explaining to me in detail if needed what the problem is with my car. My husband and I have been using this company for many years, and never had a problem with them. I just can't explain how much we trust them.
They have done free checks for me of my car that didn't lead to any repairs, they get her ready for long trips for me. A.J. once even spent time stripping out and cleaning my rear windshield wiper motor without charging me for it. They are just a nice group of people to work with.

They did not try and oversell me things. Did what they said, at price they said. Finished in time promised. Very professional staff.

Crossgates Firestone have consistently followed through time wise and cost wise that they committed to. The made a mistake and broke the mirror on our truck a while back and when we come to pick-up the truck they told us about it, had us bring the truck back in, replaced the mirror once they had a chance to order a new one all at no cost to us.
