Cristy's Cleaning Service

I had hired two other service providers, who each had canceled at the last minute. Running out of time before guests arrived, I called Cristina (in spite of the "D" review another client had left on Angie's list.) Cristina showed up, as agreed, was very pleasant to work with, and did excellent work. I highly recommend her. (That "D" reviewer helped me find Cristina and helped get her this rave review, as I feel compelled to let everyone know that she's really an "A"!)

Initial attempt to locate a maid for house cleaning failed. Either they didn't answer (line disconnected) or they didn't call back. Angie's List supplied a few more contacts but all failed to make contact with any except one, Cristy's House Cleaning. Initial effort by phone, I didn't get an immediate call back so tried to use the email address listed, no luck. About a week later I was contacted by Christy and set up an appointment for a quote at my home. She was there in 10 minutes. Cleaning was set for the following Monday at noon. By 1pm that next Monday she called to say she could not come until later in the afternoon which I had previously made arrangements to be away so rescheduled for the following Friday, 8am. At 9am the next Friday she called to report she would be late due to her missing purse and waiting arrival of the police to give a report but offered to drop the cleaning crew off. At 9:30 the cleaning crew arrived and went right to work (2 ladies). By 11:30 they had finished and did a nice job. The cost was $75 as agreed. We have set up for Cristy to come twice a month. The jury is still out on being on time but satisfied on the work done, so I would recommend their services.  Follow-up.  They never made it the 2nd time.  Again more excuses for not coming.  Not only could they not keep the time, they could not keep the day.  Terminated their service and removed their number from my phone!
