Gary likes what he does. He was referred to me by my home inspectors, which are both engineers. I knew that I hired the right person when he asked permission of my general contractor to be there when the floor came out. He was jumping on the floor in the bathroom and noticed that the floor was not giving at all. He looked under the house and said that this did not make sense since the foundation was actually missing a pier. Previously, someone used concrete as a leveling compound, which is really bad.
This project was like a puzzle for him to solve. He rebuilt the pier after the whole floor came out. He got the job done on time and fixed all of the problems.
