Great!! Norman, arrived 30 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone. He came to an area that he normally doesn't work in. He inspected both doors and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, and the price was reasonable. Very nice and professional.

Fixed cable and spring tension. Lubricated all moving parts. Adjusted travel of garage door with garage door opener.

Norman came the morning I called him. He was in the area. He repaired our door to its full function. We are very pleased with his service. We have called him in past years for repair and garage door opener replacement and have been very pleased with his service.

The springs on our garage door broke last night. I called early this morning and left a message. Mr. Vance called me back in just a few minutes. He said he had a full day but would be here between 3:00 and 4:00. He called when he was on his way and had the door working in about an hour.

Called on Saturday and made arrangement to install the garage door on Tuesday. Came early and took less than an hour. Very satisfied with the equipment and installation.

As usual it was done in a timely manner, no problems, he installed the new opener quickly and without incident. Will always use Craftsman Garage Doors anytime we have a problem. Highly recommend this company.

Mr. Vance came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door that had a broken spring and our car was stuck in the garage because the door wouldn't open. He came out quickly, did the repair and charged a fair price. Not only was he professional but also very nice and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him and do business with him again without hesitation

I called Mr Vance and told him I had a problem with my garage door opener, and described what it was doing. He said he would be in the area on 6/14/11 and would 10:30 a.m. be ok, I said it would. He arrived for the appointment on time, and was very business like, but friendly. He found the problem, gave me a free estimate, and we agreed that he could fix the door. That included fixing a problem with the motor, and re-wiring the electric "eye"plus reprogramming the remotes. After he finished with his work, he presented me with a written invoice and I paid by check.
