Welcome to Clarke’s Design Service. Drake & Dale Clarke are second generation building designers who have a combined work experience of over 45 years. Clarke’s has designed over 8,500 homes in St. Tammany Parish and its surrounding areas. Building a new home or renovating an existing home, can sometimes seem to be an overwhelming task. Our goal is to provide you with a general knowledge of the construction process and a detailed, well thought out design, that meets your goals and budget.

Their are two basic approaches to having a home designed. You can choose a “stock plan” or we can design a custom home for you. “Stock plans” are completed designs, or to change the exterior style to that of your liking., which may have similar floor plan layouts and characteristics that your looking for.
