I received several estimates and not only did Carpet World
have the best price but the best carpet and padding I had seen during that process
and the choices were amazing.
I love my carpet! It looks beautiful!  I decided to get the same neutral colors in
all the rooms because it would go with any style or color. The carpet fibers
are cream, medium cream, light brown and dark brown which sometimes looks like
black. At first glance it kind of reminds you of the old granite counter top speck
colors. The back ground color changes when you vacuum it. It will be mostly
cream back ground with the other colors looking like specks and then if you vacuum
in a different direction will look a brown back ground with light and dark
specks. I love it! My wall color does that, it goes from looking white in full
sun to green in shades to a dark green in dark corners. People love that effect
and I am so happy my carpet does that, its like getting 2 carpets in one! My small
dog loves it to! He spreads out and pulls himself rubbing his belly on it. He
loves the softness feel on his feet!
I cannot say enough about how kind and professional Carpet
World owners and employees are! They answered every question I had, even when I
found more online that needed to be asked! The installers where so kind and
professional, always making sure we were satisfied! A bonus was that they completely
vacuumed all the carpet they just laid down! I didn?t have to!! Awesome!! I
would not only recommend Carpet World but I already have! Thanks guys, GREAT
JOB!!

They came on time installed the carpet and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing they did that I would have stopped was that the drove up on my yard and killed some of my grass but as I said I did not stop them.

They were good, it was inexpensive. Very good, all I can say is that they did a good job for what they did.

Needed carpet and pad replaced in 3 rooms.  Easy transaction, top quality, and the Brazilian installers were very skilled, courteous, and professional.  Job was done in record time with no problems. 

guy came out and gave a quote. it was very efficient. Installers were a little late arriving. said that they were not informed that old carpet had to be removed. they mode a phone call to get approval to do this, which they received. there were no additional charges. installers had trouble re-hanging folding doors on closets. they said they tried but could not get them to hang properly. I had to get someone else to help me.

overall installers and quote process went fairly smoothly. very friendly guys and hard-working.

Supply and laid  1000sqft carpet. supplied tile grout, hardwood, trim for 1000sq ft floor. Carpet installers supplied by Carpet World and tile and hardwood done by an installer Carpet World contracts out to. Great job.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Price was good and quality of carpet and service great. I am getting carpet for another bedroom installed soon.

The man sent to measure for my new carpet was very pleasant and made do getting around some items still in the rooms to be done. Got a call as promised the next day with a very reasonable estimate. The carpet I had chosen was in stock (yeah!) and the bolt was exactly the right size. Since it was in stock, I was able to get an installation date for the next week.
Installers arrived one hour early!! Wow - I was impressed. They were extremely professional and explained what they would be doing. Removed existing carpet and pad and installed new very efficiently and quietly since I was working from home that day.
Explained what had been done after completion and showed me that all the areas typically left too loose by installers I had used in the past (door openings) were tight and secure. They had to remove an edge strip from the laminate flooring in the hall but correctly re-installed it with no issues. Only about 3 feet of extra carpet remained when the job was completed - perfect as a sample since I have one more room to do later.
Everything was vacuumed and clean before they left . . . what a pleasure to work with!

I liked working with them. Very friendly. Good prices. Good responsiveness. However, they installed the wrong flooring. Fortunately, they admitted it was their mistake and offered to replace it. The homeowner decided that he could live with it so they gave us a $200 discount. Their work is decent and nobody comes close to their prices. This was the only job they have done for me but they are going to install a small bathroom floor on one of our rehabs soon.

The quality was amazing. They had an installer that did an amazing job. He was absolutely fast, he was not crazy drugs, and sober. He could handle the huge rolls of carpet for his thin size. He was amazing.

Sale was easy, scheduling was easy, price was right, installation went well. WARNING, you have to dispose of your own old carpet, and the local trash companies will not pick it up. Plan in advance by negotiating for pick-up through Carpet World or one of it's contractors and save money.
