He provided a prompt service. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. He cleaned up after every day. There were no messes or issues.

We have a condo that was rented out to a tenant for about two years when earlier this year we decided to move into it ourselves. We arrive only to find damage (bleach spots and mystery yellow stains) on the carpet and every wall, baseboard, door frame, etc. had some kind of damage to it. It looked terrible. I don't have any "before" pictures because I was so upset over the damage. The property manager suggested Billy West look at the place. And boy I'm glad he did. Billy is very personable and easy to get a hold of. He looked over the place and gave some estimates on fixing the damage. He offered us options for flooring and paint so we could find the best fit for our budget and lifestyle. I felt like Billy and his team treated our condo like it was their own, with incredible attention to detail and quality handiwork. Our condo now looks BETTER than it did even when it was brand new! I HIGHLY recommend Billy and his team for any home improvements you may need. We're going to contact him again soon when we decide to add on the deck we've always wanted.
