Same Day Service. Seven Days a Week. From the first time you call for service to the end of your appointment, our employees will make your experience with Benfatti a pleasant one. When you call with the problem of not having air conditioning or heat, a Technician will be dispatched that same day. With Benfatti there is no need to be without air conditioning or heat for days! Our Technicians' vehicles are equipped with computerized dispatching and invoicing. When the repair is complete you will be given a computer generated invoice and, for your convenience, we do accept credit cards as well as cash or check for payment. Payment is due at time of service. If you are in need of a new system, we offer free estimates as well as financing options.

He was very efficient and worked quickly. He did explain how if I was interested in changing my duct work how much it would cost, but he did not try to pressure me. He was the one who indicated I should wait until I needed a whole new unit and not waste the money now. I appreciated that.

Great Scott is the best Technition that has ever lived. Very knowledgeable and very well spoken. Benfatti is lucky to have such a great person working for them. If he didn't have parents i would adopt him. He should definitely get a raise as soon as possible.

They're overpriced. Additionally, they didn't correctly drag down the drain hose and the water drained down into my house. I had over $30,000 worth of water damage because of what he did. About 1,000 sq. ft. worth of hardwood flooring had to be replaced, as well as all the walls; this was in a house that was built in 1890 and he destroyed a lot of the vintage character.

When my system went out, I had no air conditioning in the house and it was like 90° outside.  The representative brought over two window units to put in the rooms so that we could be comfortable because it was going to be a couple of days before they could get to us.  They are professional.  They wear uniforms and little feet sockies on their shoes before they come in the house. Once they give you your 1-year free maintenance, you have the option of purchasing annual maintenance, where they come out and check it in the summer and then in the winter.

My 30 yr old air conditioning system stopped working.  Called Benfatti and Travis came and did a home assessment for size of system for my home last week.  He also assessed connecting an air vent in the laundry room that had no duct work attached.  Recommended the Heat Pump for energy efficiency. I had no air conditioning in my home and the temp was 85 degrees and going up.  Travis brought two window units to keep the house comfortably cool until they could schedule installation.  He assessed on Thursday afternoon and the following Tuesday they were installing the new ac system.  They arrived early and stayed until the job was completed which was after 6 pm.  The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable in installing the system.  They worked together as a team.  Several people from the company including Travis stopped by through out the day to assess progress and assist technicians.  I was very impressed with the team work.  Impressed with the ac system.  Steven installed the wifi thermostat and set up my account.  He showed my how to use the wifi and now I can check/change the temperature at home with my phone/computer while I'm at home or away.  Wednesday, Travis came to do a walk through check list with me before making final payment.  I was extremely impressed with everyone from Benfatti Air Conditioning and Heating. I would STRONGLY recommend Benfatti and will continue to use their services to maintain my new Heat Pump system.

These guys are great.  I called and Travis came for an estimate the same day.  He gave me a written estimate on the spot because he actually had a laptop and printer in his brief case.  The crew of 5 came at 8:00 a.m. and were totally finished by 4:00 p.m.  The crew really knows what they are doing.  They replaced the original unit with a new Trane unit.  Cost was much less that competitors with lesser brands.  
They took out everything and took it with them.  My attic was left cleaner than when they arrived.
These guys are true pros, who know what they are doing.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
