Accurate Property Inspections

The inspection went really great! David was recommended by my realtor's associates on the Northshore (we currently live on the Southshore, and so does our realtor), and we couldn't be happier with the service we received or the price we paid. Unlike some of the other companies we contacted, Accurate didn't charge extra to scan with the infrared camera or check the extra A/C unit upstairs. They also charged us less to go into the crawlspace under the house than we were quoted by others, and he spent a considerable amount of time documenting and taking pictures under there! I know you shouldn't shop for the cheapest home inspector, but why pay so much more when you can get really awesome service for less?! David took his time, and made sure he looked at everything. He took pictures of anything he found wrong, and sent me a PDF of his complete report by the next morning! I also appreciate that he was so patient with all of my questions, even though I was all over the place, and trying to run ahead! The detailed cosmetic things he pointed out to me, the suggestions on solutions, and the nice things he said about the house were great, too. I definitely felt I had a better understanding of what needed to be prioritized, both in our due diligence period, and if we decided to purchase. That's another great thing about this company, once all of the repairs are finished, they will even come back out and inspect the work for FREE! I know I'll be giving them a call again anytime I need an inspection, and I will be recommending them to anyone in the greater New Orleans area!
