This review is for the Mandeville branch of A-Pro (Vic G.) The inspector was very nice, answered all of my questions during the inspection about the septic system, well water, etc. The report was available the next morning, and appeared very professional and detailed. He even discovered that half of the house was an addition, something we did not realize and the realtor / seller never mentioned. My only minor complaint was that for some inoperative lights, he did not test the voltage to determine if it was truly a bad circuit or just a burnt out bulb. Luckily the seller agreed to have an electrician come in anyway, but it could have been troubling if the seller was not willing to cooperate and we may have made a big deal out of a couple of burnt out bulbs. Overall, Vic did a great job and was a pleasure to do business with!
