I'm having a hard time rating a company that just hires local girls that buy their own supplies, provide their own transporation, and are left on their own to clean. Seems like their employees could run their own business outside of needing an agent to advertise for them. It's probably better to go through a company for insurance that you're not going to get robbed, but I felt really bad for whatever money the company was taking for simply assigning duties (maybe they cover background checks and they have insurance?). Anyhow, the cleaning was standard. I can't complain. The effort was definitely there. The maid showed up in a car about to break down, with buckets and mops stuffed in trash bags insisting I couldn't help carry anything. Where do you go with that? I tipped well. I'm not putting anything less than a "B" in here on chance someone might use them and get the same girl I got just out of feeling sorry for her financial situation.
