A C MAN

Chris and his assistant arrived at the appointed time and began the work. The inside units were in 2 different locations in the attic which meant a lot of trips up and down 2 different stairwells. Chris and Pat went about their task professionally and with very little disruption to the household. They took care to protect the floors and carpet which had just been cleaned. They removed all of the parts from the old A/C down to and including the old drain pans and took them away. They completed the entire job in 1 day which was impressive considering the number of trips required up and down the stairwells. It's been about 3 weeks since the work was done and the new systems are working quite nicely. There is a noticeable difference in the heating and cooling performance. Both systems are heat pumps, and the weather has been such that we have had occasion to need the heat one day and the A/C the next. The systems don't seem to run as much as the old ones, so I'm hoping to see a substantial difference in my electric bill. So far, I am quite satisfied with all aspects of the job including the price which I felt was very fair. I did have occasion to call Chris about something that I thought might be a problem. He responded right right away and was at the house the same day. I feel that if I need service in the future, I can depend on Chris to take care of any problem. He's my A/C man until further notice.
