Workers arrived promptly. They diagnosed where the leak in the roof was, then repaired it quickly. They were very polite and accommodating.

Repaired one roof vent. Roofer said I shouldn't have used Angie's List deal and I should ask gor my money back from them. Terrible customer service.

For both jobs: Very professional! Price quoted was price charged. Yard was cleared of all nails and other debris from the roof. Arrived when promised. Flawless work. Highly recommend.

This is a followup to my review from April: From my initial contact, the contractor performed the work requested and I gave a positive review. HOWEVER... the roof leak which was repaired returned after the next heavy rain. It took several calls before the contractor returned a second time. More work was done around the original leak and an additional amount was charged (which I paid). When more rains came (you guessed it), the leak persisted. Since then, I have called over 10 times only to be ignored by the contractor. They don't answer my calls or respond to repeated voicemail messages. If any followup work is required, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you choose another contractor.

My roof vents were damaged by squirrels. They replaced them and guaranteed that squirrels would not damage them again. After a year the squirrels damaged another. I hired them with an Angie's List deal to repair the damaged vent. After I paid for the Angie's List deal they charged me for the service call and said it would be cheaper than the deal and told me to cancel the deal ask for the money back from Angie's List. After doing the math it turned out that it was much more expensive than the deal. The deal was supposed to be $49 toward $100 of work. The job was $125. I should have only owed $25 the day of the job. Instead the roofer said I had to pay him $125 and that if I stayed with the deal it would be $200. He made it sound like I was saving money by canceling the deal when it actually cost me $50 extra. They refused to reimburse the deal money and refused to return my calls. They also refused to answer my email when I called them out on it. I had to file a claim with Angie's List and it took a month to get my money back. This deal was a total scam. I will not hire them again.

Very Professional, arrived on time and gave an accurate estimate of the condition of our roof. He also trimmed a few tree limbs that we rubbing on the roof at no additional cost!Would absolutely hire again.

Hired for House 1 in Slidell and was so pleased with every aspect of the job that I did not hesitate to contact them when the heavy rain in January exposed a bad leak at House 2 (which is 15 miles northeast of Picayune, MS). The damage was extensive and wood sheathing needed to be replaced. The price was very reasonable, the quality of work was excellent, communication was great, they were there when they said they would be, and the job was completed without any break in days...in other words...they didn't take off early to start other jobs.

It was fine, it was good.

Andy reached out and said Lloyd would contact me.  The next day Lloyd called and set the appointment.  He showed up a few minutes early (called ahead) and assessed the entire roof.  He gave me a price that I agreed to and one team member got started while the other went to purchase materials.  Within about two hours they were all done and each problem area was fully corrected.  This was so that we could resolve a home inspection issue and sell our house.  They more than handled my needs.  Very pleased and will contact them if my new home has any needs.

I paid for the deal and Andy was very responsive.  He inspected the roof and repaired some minor damage from tree branches.  He offered great advice and will definitely use him in the future.  I absolutely recommend Andy and his services.

It went okay. I didn't pay more than the deal. Everything was fine. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again.

Even though roof was protected from weather, Andy came out in the rain to make sure it was watertight. Very pleased with job as a whole. Would defiantly recommend and use him again if needed.
