First class company...live up to their name A-1!  Charlie came out on a Saturday and gave me a detailed estimate on the services I wanted done. It was a very competitive estimate so I called to schedule the work.  He was able to get me an appointment for the following Wednesday to accomodate my schedule.  Charlie was very professional and customer oriented.  The crew (Javid and Bud)arrived right on time and went right to work.  They too were very professional and customer service oriented.  They explained exactly what they were going to do, then did it.  Whatever they moved to get to the windows they returned when completed.  They left the house neat and clean. They didn't leave until they were sure that I was 100% satisfied with the results...which I was.  The windows look great.  The gutters and fascia are so much better than before.  Got almost all the black streaks off.  Overall, I am extermely satisfied with the results and would definitely hire them again.

We got A-1's information from Angie's List and called them. I spoke with the owner who answered all of my questions, and we set up a date for a free estimate/proposal. Even though we were just getting an estimate on windown cleaning, they said they'd also give us an estimate on pressure washing all of the exterior of the house as well as concrete areas. A gentleman dressed in a uniform came on time (very polite) and prepared the estimate which he left with me. Even though we don't need the pressure washing done for us now, it was nice to get a free estimate of it for future reference. After a discussion with my husband, we decided to hire them.
They arrived on time and got to work. It only took about 2 hours - inside and outside of windows, screens, track, and tray area at bottom of each was full of grit and dirt - that was cleaned out. They left no mess inside our home from cleaning the insides. Our windows have never looked better!!! and the outside yard and flowers have never looked better through them!!! Wish we had done this a long time ago. Recommend to everyone.
