Description of Work: I looked on Angies List and seclected this company. They seemed compatable for the work I wanted done. The person answering the phone was nice and really seemed like he wanted to help. He told me that he wouild have an associate to call me back in ten minutes, which was done.The associate and I set up a date and time that was agreable to both of us . Upon closing the phone call which was to establish the time frame of the estimate I was informed," Well, I'll call you to confirm before making a long trip to Mississippi for nothing". While I understand the thought process of wanting to confirm,I got the feeling it was going to be a problem for them to show up from the callers attitude. Which it did turn to be because the day of the appointment I was called and canceled by this company. No explination was given. The caller did try to reschedule but at tis point I thought it best not to do so. I went with another contractor and he is going a great job. Expensive but great.

We strive to do our best in every aspect of the company but we strive on our work quality first. Sometimes things happen. If we cancel and try to reset the appointment; this is really not fair for a negative rating. We just have alot of past clients and sometimes for what ever reason we have to cancel an appoinment. I am sorry to hear of your problem. Since we have been in business for over 30 years and we have a great reputation sometimes we can not live up to the demands of the estimates. Sometimes we get many at one time and clients also add to the work once we are on the job. Sometimes are clients will say in the middle of a job that the job looks so good that they want to add onto the job. At that point we have to estimate thier project. They have to be done first because we are in the middle of it. We focus on the work once clients sign up thier job.This is what gives us our reputation; our work quality.Never the less I do apologize and I truly hate to hear of this experience.If you give me some more information like your address and phone number I will look into it and see exactly what happened. Please understand I would have contacted you earlier but I never knew we were in Angies List and also I never heard of this issue.
