I worked with Flint in November when purchasing my new vehicle. I very much like them.

We used Toyota for automotive, the Toyota company here in town, it is Yokem Toyota. We are very pleased with Yokem Toyota. Yokem Toyota is very fair. They give us very good service. The people there are very nice and are always very good at what they do. They are very professional. Their customer service is very good, every person from top to down. I think they are reasonable for pricing.

Okay, this is something I didn't think about.  They were very busy in the collision repair, something I didn't think about.  I had to wait 4-5 weeks for my car to be fixed something I wasn't expecting!  BUT, it has all new Toyota parts and I'm happy with that.  Just don't get in a hurry for it to be ready.  Call first to see how long it will take so you don't have unrealistic expectations like I did at first.  They take cars for repair by when they come in.  If it hadn't been the other persons fault and they hadn't paid all that time for a rental car I would have been VERY unhappy!  They did an awesome job, I can't even tell it had been in an accident. I have never found anything that I needed to take it back for either.  They did a fantastic job of matching the paint color of the car.  I highly recommend them for collision repair.

Dealer also reduced cost and assisted in negotiating with manufacturer to reduce replacement cost.  I was provided a brand new car for several weeks until engine replacement arrived and was completed.  David Key, the service manager, is the best.

They were knowledgable and I felt confident in their assessment.

They also provided cost of optional repairs. I felt the repair cost were on the high side but they are a dealership so one would expect

the cost to be a little higher.

Always get outstanding service. Have used them since 1980!

The oil change was free with new car service, and the detail job was excellent.  As we picked it up, one of the owners saw it, was not satisfied with the job, and sent it back to the shop to be washed again.  What good service!

Yokem Toyota were very courteous. They had to keep the car for about a week and they arranged for her to have a loaner car. They finished the job at the time they said they would. When we went to pick it up, there was one little spot that I found was not taken care of and they promptly acknowledged that and took the car to fix that and now it is as good as new. They are nice guys in addition to knowing what they are doing.

They are excellent.  They are very friendly and nice.  They take care of any problems.  I was very satisfied with their service.

When I lived in Austin, Texas I used to drive from Austin to Shreveport. LA for auto service because I could not trust the Austin Toyota dealership. They provide excellent service; I have gone in there a couple of times for issues which had nothing to do with maintenance and they fixed it free of charge. I give them A's on everything and will use them again in the future.
