Missed 1 window but good service overall. Called to request if they could come early which I said yes. Arrived early as they said. Technician was very professional.

Window Gang was prompt and professional, very easy to work with these gentleman. Also easy to work with office personnel when date change had to be made due to weather. My neighbor already has used them for services at his home.

Very well. I was distracted that day and should have inspected more closely. A few windows were not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked and I had to do some touchup. But generally I was pleased, particularly with punctuality, professional attitude and courtesy. I recommend.

Cleaned gutter okay but they did not clean up. They blew all the leaves off the driveway and patio into my lawn. I expected them to bag the debris and not scatter all over my lawn. The cleaning itself only took about 30 minutes.

The men were here when they said they would be, they worked hard all day, they were sensitive to homeowner's needs, very professional people. Their price was fair and the work was very good.

Window cleaner was about 30 minutes late but called to let me know he was running late. Windows sparkled when job was done. Window cleaner did a great job but was not very careful about getting water on my floors when cleaning the windows inside. I had to "mop" up after he left.

Overall it was okay but not great. The service guy broke my gnome without leaving a note or telling me but it wasn't expensive so not a huge deal. There were some spots (wasp nests) that were missed on the brick and a huge bird's nest that was left untouched. The manager was very nice when I called and said he would send the service person right back out. This, however, turned into a 2 week ordeal. I don't blame the manager as I think this was a service person miscommunication/mishandling.

Over all it was a pleasant experience, refreshing to find people who are interested in doing a good job.

Pretty straightforward. I called, we scheduled, they showed up on time, they performed the work as described at the agreed to price and were very professional and friendly.

An individual worked nonstop for several hours on one of the hottest days of the year. I used a coupon with them. He refused any breaks. He didn't come in the house to cool off. He just worked straight through. He reached windows that other people had told us were unreachable. He really did an excellent job.
