I called Joe at Western Star on June 2nd and he came out the next morning. It took 3 weeks for the LG washer we have to be repaired, but I can not blame Joe for that. LG parts I found out are hard to find because of the problems ongoing in Japan. After the parts came in Joe had the washer repaired in a couple of hours. Overall I am pleased with the service and Joe's professionalism.
