A true "mom and pop" business started by my dad in 1965. I'm the only technician that will be coming to your location and I have over 28 years experience in appliance repair. We accept all major credit cards. We can also send you invoices electronically which helps hold down on paper clutter.

Very well. Easy to get an appointment with and he had the parts on his truck so was able to fix immediately.

The child they sent did not know what to do and spent most of the time on the phone with his boss telling him he didn't know what to do, then charged me $80, and quoted me $1600 to do any actual work on it by an actual repairman. My fridge still doesn't work. I'm just going to do the repair myself with guides online. This was a total ripoff.

"This is a misrepresentation of what actually happened. You were not quoted $1600. After consulting with me on the phone while my 29 year old technician was in your home I quoted you $664.00 to replace the leaking evaporator coil via email. You stated that you cannot take another day off of work to allow for the repairs. Sealed system repairs are hardly ever a same day repair. As to the $80 you paid, your bill was actually $86.59 for the $79.00 service charge plus $7.59 sales tax but you only had $80.00 leaving us to pay the tax."

when I looked at the invoice that he emailed I saw why he emails his invoices when I looked at the email where we were charged for 2 services calls even though he knew there was a washer and dryer to work on

"I apologize for the invoice having two service calls on it. The second was supposed to read "diagnostic fee for additional appliance" but the amount (which is one half of a service call and is an industry standard) is correct. I just hit the wrong item on the menu. We typically email all invoices to reduce paper and so we have a searchable database. In no way was I trying to deceive or hide any charges. I am sorry you were unsatisfied."

This part had been replaced before by another company, but they used a universal part which can be "trimmed" to fit an assortment of models. The problem is that it isn't very sturdy and now has to be replaced. This time Marty Watson located the exact part for my Thermador (which has been around a few years) which has a metal post instead of a light weight plastic. He really knows his stuff and he's now my go-to guy for my appliance repairs.

VERY friendly gentleman, and was quite responsive to my calls and inquiries. Our refrigerator is a higher end model with all the circuit boards, bells and whistles and was pretty complicated to service. As such, work had to be coordinated through the factory instead of relying on the skills of the technician. Long story short, it took just short of 4 weeks to get our fridge back up and running, and what a LONG 4 weeks that was. I have plenty of positive opinions of his work, cleanliness and ease of communication "to", the only negative comments I would have is that he was poor to communicate to me what was going on (long delays) and I had to reach out for the information and ultimately a press to get some expediting to get the job completed as we were getting that abandoned feeling at the end.
Good chance I'll call on him again as I'm pleased with his work, just wish he'd been a bit more forthcoming with the information.

I've used him in the past for my dryer. It tuned out great when he came to fix my microwave. He is good. We like him very much. I would reccomend him to anyone, if he can't fix it he will tell you who can.

Called to have my washing machine fixed. It was not working at all. Marty came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. Very nice , very professional and very knowledgable. Will definitely use again. Thank you

If any one negative it was communication. Contact was made several times by me to see about when I would get my fridge fixed. But that really wasn't a big deal because they were extremely nice folks who work hard daily. Would certainly use them again.

Watson's made appointment setting easy around my crazy schedule. He was prompt, and called before arriving as promised. Worked quickly to diagnose problems with oven, stove top and washing machine. He was able to fix the stove problem without charge (thank you) and got warranty on the oven parts. As for the washing machine - he had bad news but explained what was wrong with it and made suggestions on new purchases. Also was able to answer questions about other appliance issues with easy solutions. We've already contacted them about an additional problem. Since all of our appliances seem to be having problems at the same time I'm so glad I found them. Very, very professional.

my name is traice my mom found WATSONS APPLIANCE on her angies list for me i am a signal mom with 2 boys on a very small income so every penny counts and it is so hard to find a HONEST repair man BOY DID WE GET LUCKY when my mom found WATSONS APPLIANCE to fix my washer and dryer I thought i knew what needed to be fixed and told them and had saved for a 400 to 500.00 repair MR. WATSON ( MATRY ) could have done the big fix and i would not have known it was not needed but he was HONEST and let me know it was a small fix he also told me how to fix my dishwasher myself HE was even UNDERSTANDING with my boys who wanted to watch EVEN THE DOG LIKED HIM it was fast clean good work from a VERY NICE and HONEST MAN who has a very SWEET WIFE who works with him WATSONS APPLIANCE should have a AAA ratting
