Would not return phone calls. Walk-in tub had to be completely reinstalled. Very incompetent.

Seldom available. Took 8 months longer than committed. Abandoned project before completion. Made foolish errors like trying to push a 36" wide tub through a 28" wide doorway and custom building a 58" enclosure for a 60" tub.
