TALLY ALLEY FLOORING WAREHOUSE, INC.

In November of 2007 I visited Tally Alley to get an estimate on purchasing wood laminate flooring and carpet for my entire home. The salesman was nice and helpful. He came promptly out to my home and gave me an estimate and scheduled the installation promptly. They contracted out the job and this is when things started going down hill. The crew were always late getting to my house. They did a shorty job at putting the base boards down. At places, the boards where not flush with the walls and the some of the nails put in wrong. They did not even finish around the fireplace as disgusted with the salesman at Tally Alley. They left big globs of glue shots on the new carpet and wood flooring. At two door openings the carpet tacks will prick your foot if you do not step over that area. We called Dickie at Tally Alley several times for someone to come out to see these problems. They said that someone would come out on several occasions, even set up appointments, but no one would ever show up. Even to this day we can not get anyone to show up. I can remember Dickie telling me at the very first meeting that they wanted to make sure we were pleased with the work. He told me about a previous customer calling after two years and they went out to take care of her problem. Maybe I should have gotten her name for a reference. It most likely took her calling for two years for someone to response to her needs.
