These reviews paint us in an unfair light. If you come spend a day with us you'll see that this could truly be the place for you! Let?s start by spending some time in one of our two under-maintained pools which are always a healthy hue of green. Then we can take a walk to one of our laundry rooms, despite being painted neon yellow still seem a bit on the dingy side, seeing as we may have just painted over the dirt. Good luck finding a washer or dryer that works. Half of them have out of order signs hanging on them, and you might as well be playing Russian roulette with the rest. I hope you?re a morning person like myself because during the day local children have the run of the whole grounds while their parents only show face to announce dinner from across the way. Way across the way. Our sidewalks run along the foundation of our buildings so your door may be used as a place to lean for a stranger or something for children to play with. Our property, for your convenience, is located right next to Albertson's grocery. So convenient that most of our residents bring their shopping carts right to their door to unload their groceries. Don't worry though, the store employees' come after them in a week or so. We strive to give our tenants a pleasant living experience, so maintenance is an upmost priority. If there are any problems with your unit give us a call and we?ll send someone out to look at it in 4 to 6 weeks, unless you keep calling which means it?s urgent and we?ll let the machine take a message as we do seem to have caller ID and know when you?re calling. I hope you do have a car cover as we do have a few cats that like to roam the property and mark their territory and sometimes like to climb your vehicle, yes climb as in scratch marks on your hood and doors. We look forward to your visit and winning over our new tenants!
