Both people who came out were very friendly and nice. State Farm Ins. called them for me and they were here in just a few hours. The first man was the main worker and he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Service Master for any water problems and I know they do other clean ups as well.

They responded quickly, and it was a Sunday. Paul was the technician. He was so courteous and professional. They had to remove some of the carpet in the hallway and bedroom. They also had to pull up the laminate flooring in the laundry room. They cleaned things up quickly. They brought in fans and other equipment to dry the carpet. He advised me not to worry about anything, and that the only thing we would owe them was the deductible. My mother is 72 years old. She was so worried about moving the furniture and things when the carpet and stuff would be replaced. He assured her that they would do everything. When I spoke with State Farm the next morning, the agent told me they were an excellent choice, and that by agreeing to let State Farm pay them directly, Servicemaster would warranty the work for 5 years should this happen again. Paul has came by every day to check how things are going. This is probably the best company I have EVER dealt with. Thank you, Paul.

They came out every day to check on the work. They did the work around my schedule. They were very nice and understanding. They got along fine with my animals. They came out after the plumber stopped the leak. They came out very quickly.
