The sale person did not complete the rebate. It took 10 months to get my rebate. It took 6 month to show that my solar panel were working properly. The service personal always did a good job.

After 2 failed attempts, I chose to use a more professional company.

They did good work and are not the cheapest people in town. I had previously spent over $5,000 with this company and I had rodents that chewed up some ductwork. I called them about the issue and they came out to write up the estimate and charged me a $100 service call just to write up the estimate. I thought that should have been a free call since I was an existing customer; it was like they did not recognize or reward loyalty. That is my only complaint; other than that they did good work. I made it clear that I was unhappy but no one called to apologize.

I am having a terrible experience with them. We liked them initially because we could schedule appointments online and they contacted us the same day to schedule a time for the sales person to come. They were a corporate national company and that is the reason we went with them because we figured they might have a broader network of resources and support. We wanted Lennox manufactured equipments, and they were first listed as their certified supplier. The list was very long and extensive. The sales person miscommunicated a number of things. The timeline for the work to be completed was very bad. They had subcontractors who were very unprofessional. Their employees were unprofessional too. I had to bring in the regional manager and technicians from Mississippi in order to rectify some situations we were having. I have gone to the corporate levels with my complaints in the process, and I am going to talk to a lawyer as well. The equipment they installed was good but the installation of the equipment had a lot of problem. The duct work was not done well and other people had to come behind and fix it. They were not educated on how to properly program the equipment. The sales person repeatedly miscommunicated and overpromised. They were bad with scheduling as well. They would schedule an appointment and not show up. We are still waiting for them to finish some work, and I am currently having disputes with payment. They told me that I did not have to pay them until the work was completed and they came yesterday to get the final cheque for the equipment. The equipment was good but their service was bad. The quality of the work was very bad.
