I just love Jessica! I had never had a dog with long fine hair which matted up before--and needed grooming. I had taken him to a place twice before, but his is a stinker and doesn't like his feet messed with. He would SHAKE when I took him to another groomer! I would drop him off and he would wait the time (hrs) in a kennel before and after the grooming. Still, he had matts, just shorter matted hair. Ruff to Fluff is near by-so I can walk him their after our morning walk where he has done his business and is happy. I stopped in one day to check it out. Jessica was so friendly, there were happy dogs playing, and the atmosphere was so positive. I have always been able to get an appointment soon and drop him off right before. I only go about 4 times a yr, so, Mr Ti is pretty ratty looking. He seriously goes from Ruff to Fluff!! Jessica works with him and when he gets cranky, she lets him take a break and resumes later. It is all according to how the dog is doing. She is the kindest soul and really loves the dogs. I learned she is also a graphic artist and expresses her art through dogs, as well. She supports all the dog events in town: Robinson Rescue, Shreveport Dog Park Alliance, Petsavers, etc. I know when I leave Ti with Jessica, she will take good care of him--like he was hers. $40.00 groom and $10.00 toenails for the 2 dogs.
