We HIGHLY recommend Roppolo Insulation services!! They were prompt, professional and friendly. They also wore masks, which we appreciate very much, neither of us would want someone in the attic, dealing with all the issues, without wearing a mask.

Roppolo's gave us a quote a few months ago on clearing out the fluffy insulation that had been sprayed in the attic by another company a few years ago. When I called Roppolo two weeks ago, Daniel lined up the job to start on Tues. of last week. He called Monday to verify and Chris and the terrific, hard working crew worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible.                                                         IMPORTANT! PLEASE CONTINUE READING!:

We have been having bad allergies and respiratory issues, which intensified after we had the fluffy insulation put in a few years ago. We had tests run and Doctors could not pin point the cause for our respiratory issues. We realized the musty smell had increased from when the other insulation company had sprayed the fluffy insulation in the attic.

When Roppolo's crew first saw the attic this past Tuesday, Chris, and the workmen, said the old woolen fiber floor insulation (no protective paper covering on the top) was still there, below the newer fluffy insulation. This old insulation was covered with rodent eliminations and was obviously saturated with it.

Luckily, today, the house smells much better, our allergies are much less severe. My suggestion: if you do not venture into your attic due to your allergies, be clear with any insulation company you hire, that the old insulation has to be cleared out before new is put in!

Of course, we will always call Roppolo for our insulation needs. Thanks Roppolo!!!

I was impressed with Roppolo's as they were very prompt about coming over to give me an estimate after I called. I also appreciated the young man's honesty when I asked about foam insulation rather than fiberglass. He told me that foam would cost about $2000 more and that foam was certainly the best way to insulation, but added that he would not recommend it for my house in Louisiana weather because of the humidity and the way my house is built. He agreed that the higher level of fiberglass would be better and would bring the insulation up to the anticipated code change. He measured the area that needed new insulation (1100 sq feet) and gave me the price....exactly what they charged when the job was done. He originally had told me we could schedule an appointment for the next week, but the office called that afternoon to tell me they had a cancellation for the next morning if I would like to take that one. I agreed and they said that would be out at 8:30 the next morning. The young men called to make sure I was ready for them to come over. They were extremely polite, did the job, cleaned up any remaining debris, and were gone in a few hours. I was very pleased with this company from start to finish and would not hesitate to use them again.

Roppolos was very responsive in answering the phone and having someone call me back to set an appointment for a bid within 48 hours. Once I had the bid and agreed to the work, they promptly set a date and showed up when they said they would. The workers were very pleasant and friendly. They did the job efficiently, explained everything to me - even let me look in the attic to see what they had done. They were careful with ladders and hoses, and even cleaned up the little mess of fibers! Overall, I was very pleased with their work! I highly recommend Roppolos Insulation.

I liked the speed with which they got there. The price was almost the best. A lot of locals had recommended them.

I would use them in the future and in fact I am. I am having them insulate under my pier and beam house next week.
