. not well at all, charged me for false repairs like 900.00 to repair a refrigerator 2400 for a clogged sink, 500 to repair a brand new window unit and when I asked to speak to the people making repairs they would not give the information or copies of the work orders. I put it in writing to cancel our contract and they charged me 500 to be released. a year latter I went to refinance the house and discovered they put a 1900.00 lean on my property I got them to remove it but had to threaten with lawsuit to get it done. VERY shady business and they have a known reputation to swindle people with false repairs and charges. 

I found this person--Jim Miller--to be unresponsive to my family's needs.  He did not return phone calls  nor follow through with promised actions.
The initial insurance claim was filed, but instead of him meeting the  insurance adjustor HIMSELF to see what additional claims could have been filed, he sent another employee and then BILLED US FOR THAT EMPLOYEE'S SERVICES.  As a property manager, this is kind of the definition of his job.  I felt very uncomfortable entrusting him with the responsibility of overseeing repairs and got the feeling he was just going to milk us for as much money as he could.
