Ready Decks

Fast and professional service. The craftsmanship was a little lacking. I'm very hard to satisfy. Overall they did a good job and were very accommodating.

Could NOT have ask for anything better. Theses guys delivered and worked hard to please the customer. They did not play around, they are a well oiled team and are very efficient. They also cleaned up every bit of the mess before they left.

I am very satisfied.The 3 men who came out were very polite and very professional in their work. They completed the whole job in one day just as they advertised. They cleaned up my yard afterwards, just the way they found it. I am very pleased with Ready Decks, and the way they did my deck. I would recommend them very highly to anyone wanting a deck. The price was right, and I am very satisfied.

Very recommendable people! They are very good people. I had the deck installed about four months ago. I had a twelve by twelve put on with three sets of steps and it cost thirty two hundred dollars. They did it all in one day. They are good people you go out and talk to them, you see what you want to do. They will sit down and go over the price with you, set a day on their calendar when they are coming, then they show up. They do the job. They are courteous. They take care of what they are supposed to. I would give them an 'A' plus. They are great with their punctuality. They go out of their way to make sure it happens on the agreed day. I'm fixing to have another deck put on.

The contractor was very prompt to the point that they had an opening sooner then scheduled if we wanted the work done then. When workers arrived they confirmed what was to be built and were very well organized. They wasted no time in doing the work and when completed had us check everything to be sure we were satisfied. They completed the work in a timely manor and cleaned the work site when through.

Ready Decks set an arrival time of 10 a.m. At 9 a.m. we received a call stating they were picking up the metal for the roof. They apparently were still in Louisiana (we live 2 hrs away). They arrived at around 12 p.m. with a 3 man crew and immediately started to work. We discussed the placement of the deck and steps and off they went. They began by tearing down our existing 4x4 deck type steps. While tearing down the steps they found a cottontail bunny nest under it and immediately notified me. Since we live in the country we have bunnies everywhere and the worker in charge and myself are animal lovers so I got my pet taxi and he carefully put the bunnies in on the warm towel I had placed in the pet taxi. Ready Decks continued to dismantle the little deck and break it down so my husband and myself could handle it and stacked it where we requested. Then they diligently began constructing our new deck. They took their breaks in shifts so construction never stopped. They did a wonderful job! They were finished with the deck at about 6 p.m. They trimmed up all the edges so they were nice and aligned, even the nails were aligned. My husband which is a bah-hum-bug when it comes to things like this absolutely loves it and was amazed at how good the deck is put together and how good it looks. The construction of the deck is really really nice - I don't know why we waited so long. I will absolutely use them again when I get ready to expand my front porch. P.S. I relocated the baby bunnies in the pet taxi close to where the rabbits eat and low and behold mom found them that evening and everything is happy in bunnyland! The pet taxi became the new nest until mom was ready to kick them out.
