PERFORMANCE CAR WASH

Rarely a long line. They work quickly, are polite and my car is very clean. Plus, they have clean, bright spots where you can sit and relax while your car is being washed.

. I drove into garage for oil change a worker started to unscrew and take off my antena, I said , wait it automatically goes down ! It was too late, he broke it off. I noticed at the same time another worker came up immetiatly and said to him "what are you doing ? I asked to see the owner' ALAN ROSS and I explained what had happened. He appoligized and said they would fix it. BUT when I came to pick it up He took me to his office and said" listen, when we went to fix it ,it appearded that it was already broken BUT we fixed it anyway" he was very arrogant and made me fell like I was trying to get my "already broken antena" fixed on his account. I drove out of there feeling very ashamed for something I should not have been After a friend told me about all of the complaints about him on Face Book(Iam a non member) I decided to report ALAN ROSS on Angie's List. Not that this is a good thing, but I realized that i'm not the first victum of ALAN Ross' very unprofessionalism.

I routinely use Performance Car Wash to get the oil changed in my vehicles for several reasons. I don't have to make an appointment or drop my car off, which is much more convenient for me. They check the fluids, filters, wipers, etc. to make sure no other maintenance is required at the time. I enjoy leaving in my freshly washed car that has been vacuumed and wiped down--the basic package is complimentary with the oil change. The owner or manager is very active in the day-to-day running of the place, as you can see him walking around inspecting the work of the detailers. I like that he holds his workers to high expectations and follows up himself to ensure a good job is being done. I also like the rain check option given in case of rain after the car wash.

I have been going to Performance Car Wash for years. The owners are wonderful and hold the employees to a high standard.
The facility is nice, clean and always smells good. They have a great waiting area in which to sit while your services are being performed. An added bonus: a free car wash with every oil change.
