Lawn Service
Mr O'Neil is friendly, personable, and professional sounding. However, time and time again, his workers have not shown up for jobs that have been scheduled. I was excpecting them to show up a week ago, and they have not yet. I have been unable to reach Mr O'Neil, and his voicemail box is always full ! I did miss one return call from him several days ago, but he did not leave a message or an explanation. My yard looks awful, and in the meantime it has rained for several days. I am embarrassed about the way my yard looks and am most disappointed that I cannot get his service to even respond to my mulitiple calls.

Appeared for 2 jobs: 1 cleaning and 1 planting and clearing. Did not do everything they said they would, instead planted only what they decided, no communications, never show up when they said, repeatedly promised to finish work but did not. Rarely returning phone calls. Not worth the effort. Very sad.
