The owner is very responsive to phone calls. He called back immediately and offered to send someone out that day or the next based upon my availability. The technician who came out, Keith, was very knowledgeable and professional. We talked about a leak in the system and he located it and told me how he could repair it. He repaired the leak and recharged the system. In the past, other companies have simply told me there was 'probably' a leak and I needed to replace the entire unit. This company actually took the time to find the lead and see if it could be repaired. Keith was both knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why. Great company! Highly recommended.
