They clean the floors, dust, and clean the bathrooms. We have been using their services for over a year. They send out two different cleaners to clean the house. The billing is very simple and I have it done automatically.

Expected team of two to arrive at 0900, only one worker arrived. Second worker arrived around 10:00.
Worker #1 is quality assurance supervisor. Worker #2 appears to be new, in training.
Expected work to be done before noon. Because of logistical challenges, team finished around 1:00 p.m.
Disabled, so I am pleased to have the work done by cheerful, industrious professionals.
Having hired independent workers in the past only to have them get tired of doing the job ... hence creating the need to start over and find someone to replace them, the cost for Merry Maids' service is offset by the peace of mind attained knowing that the COMPANY will handle hiring and assigning replacement workers if the need arises.

Merry Maids would rarely show up on time. Instead of getting 2 people for 3 1/2 hours, they would send 1 person who would tell me she was going to have to be here for 7 hours. But, she would leave after 4 hours and my house would still have plenty of things that she had failed to clean. The employees would lie to the company about how long they were in my home. If they had ever showed up and stayed for the full time, I feel certain that they could have done an adequate job. I just got tired of wondering if and when they would show up and how long they would actually stay and clean. They lasted about two months with me and I was ready to see them go. I would never recommend them to anyone.

"Merry Maids offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services performed if we are notified within 24 hours of the cleaning. Had we been notified of concerns with this customer's cleaning service, we would have gladly returned and rectified any concerns she may have had. We never received a call in regards to her dissatisfaction of the service mentioned above except to cancel her service. Her pricing was adjusted to reflect the time that was spent cleaning the home. As far as arrival time, we are only aware of one instance that we were late arriving because we were unaware that she needed us to arrive before 10:00 am each visit. At that point her service time was changed to first thing in the morning which means we arrive between 9:00 and 9:30. Due to the nature of the business and dealing with transportation and traffic issues, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrval time. As far as time stayed in the home, all crews are given a window of time to complete the tasks in the home. While it is true that there were times that the crews finished early, we addresed it with them and we tried our best to meet her expectations, even changing crews. Merry Maids strives to go above and beyond for each and every customer. We are very sorry that we were unable to please this customer."

They did good work, however they are very expensive. They came about 3 times. I was satsfied with the work they completed.
