They gave us a specific quote based on the information I provided and a list of other possible expenses should something be missed in the initial quote. They were very nice to work with and very friendly yet professional. I will use them again if needed.

It went very smooth. I was impressed.

Slightly higher trip charge because of rural location but that was expected and not unusual.  It was easy to make an appointment with them and the locksmith called when he was on the way.  He was professional and quick.  Couldn't ask for better!  Thank you.

Did great except I had to call them a few times to see if the job had been done. I was left unnotified for about a week while waiting to see if they could rekey my safe.

It was a simple change out, they said $70 service charge, $75 a half hour and it shouldn't change them any longer than 30 minutes. The guy was being paid by the hour, and you could tell. He lubricated some doors for me. He did give a discount, about 10%. I told him specifically at the beginning that I have had these locks for 7 years, and that it is HFA regulation to not have double key deadbolt. I assumed he would leave my other lock, which I couldn't find. I asked him if he had it, he said he didn't. I dumped out three plastic bags of trash in my backyard to see if I might have thrown it in the trash, couldn't find it. I froze the payment until they found my lock. When I called him the following Monday they called me back 5 minutes later and told me that it was in his truck.

I called Loksafe Services on Monday morning and requested a quote for someone to re-key three doors at my home. The girl who answered the phone and gave me the quote was friendly, professional, and quick. She informed me the technician would call when he was on his way, around 3:00, and he did! He showed up at 3:00, completed the work within an hour and the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted.
I wish every service call would go exactly like this one.

I'd just purchased a new home in Bossier, and I wasn't sure who all had keys to the house. So, I decided to get my home rekeyed. I called a few different locksmiths in the area, but the dispatcher at Loksafe was very personable and nice, so I went with them -- even though they weren't necessarily the cheapest -- their customer service was great. I got same-day service, and the locksmith was great. He completed the job in a good amount of time and the price was exactly what I'd been quoted over the phone. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of locksmith services.
