They are very dependable.
They have the same people that they did back in 2010, and we are going to use them for a new Kitchen Job. everything they say they'll do, they do. No surprises, and they came within budget!! Can't recommend enough.

It was an excellent experience. They came out when they said they would, fixed it, and I have had no leaks.

Total lack of communication between contract workers and contractor. No follow up or supervision of job which in turn caused multiple problems and re-doing jobs (some) 2-3 times over then obvious overcharging to make up for their screw ups!
