We called Paul to give us an estimate on replacing our home air-conditioning unit. Other companies charged $80 to send out a technician to determine if the 18 year old unit could be repaired, Paul did a free diagnosis. He was able to change out one part, add some freon and our unit was back to cooling. He didn't try to sell us an expensive new unit, or tell us we needed to replace our old coil like other companies. He even told us the old unit was running great and shouldn't have to be replaced anytime soon. Paul was very professional and honest, I will definitely be calling him when our old unit finally dies. I highly recommend Lagniappe Heating and Air Conditioning if your looking for an honest and fair HVAC company!

Paul Davidson, owner of Lagniappe Heating and Air, is an expert in his field. He completed all of the work himself (without a helper that doubled the cost as my last provider would do!), demonstrating expert knowledge of my system and tweaking it to make it run even better. He found and repaired a part that was under warranty, going to the extra effort to obtain the warranty information and part. Having been frustrated with my previous HVAC provider, I am super pleased to find Paul and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working and dependable HVAC company.

Other than the work being done, I barely knew they were in the house. Mr. Davidson and his assistant did their jobs professionally. Most importantly, they did not leave a mess. I was impressed by their overall care of my home and their attention to every detail. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

He is a small business owner and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He is very knowledgeable about all air conditioning systems. He was referred to me by another contractor. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. He completes the work he says he is going to complete for the price that he quotes.
