Had a problem with flickering lights that was very annoying. Contractor was very courteous and prompt. Within 30 minutes he discovered the problem was a bad ground wire at the service entrance. Problem solved, all within 1 hour. Very pleased with service and would definitely recommend this company.

I was told what the hourly rate would be and what possibilities could be anticipated. The problem with the kitchen ceiling fan was the fan so I purchased one while they went for parts on all the other problems. I asked to see receipts on their purchases and was immediately shown. They were polite, clean and professional. I will hire them again if ever needed.

Very pleased with the service. Good quality work and friendly technicians. As I was inspecting the finished project, I noticed that all of the outlet cover screws were vertical. It is absolutely not necessary to align the screws, but it shows that they take pride in their work, and it gives me confidence in the electrician's attention to detail. I was originally quoted $1600 but the job took a few hours less than expected, so the bill came in at $1200 (that makes me think they are an honest company). The contractor provided tips to keep the cost as low as practical--like digging the trench through the yard myself rather than paying an electrician to do it at $120 an hour; buying my own conduit from Lowes, etc.
I recommend this company. I will call them again if I have any more electrical work.

Bo called before he came and arrived about 30 min. later. He explained what he was going to do and gave me options beforehand. Very friendly and laid-back. Price was $75.00 per hour + cost of materials.

I requested they come run new coax to the master bedroom. It seemed to be a difficulty for both Comcast cable and DirecTV satellite providers since the master bedroom is right below stairs in a 2 story home and apparently the line was run in a difficult way in 1975 when the home was first built. If I had to have them out for that I decided to include a couple of minor power outlet fixes, a quick and easy a/c thermostat replacement, and a bit more difficult fan line run to change from a single switch control to a single plate/double switch control for separate control of both fan and light separately.
The first time they came out they sent a single electrician at $75/hr who did all the minor fixes (took only a few min for each) but was still there for 3 hours running the additional line for the fan control and to spend some time looking at the coax issue deciding that he couldn't do it solo. It was almost two weeks before they sent the electrician back out with an apprentice (at $45/hr + the $75/hr for the electrician) to get the original request of the coax run done.
To be fair, despite not being happy that my original reason for requesting their presence was put off for much longer than anticipated, I think they did a great job. The details probably sound more negative than my actual experience with them was. The guys were friendly and obviously worked diligently during their time there on the issue(s) at hand (e.g. it didnt seem like they were wasting time). They discussed with me thoroughly exactly what I wanted and what my options were and, despite the final cost, they expressed an interest in trying to save me money during the process.
The important point: I would/will hire them for any other electrical job in the future.
