 + -1 moreSo far, it hasn't worked out. They did not call back or show up. We're really disappointed in those people. We talked to the office. We have no response from them.
Description of Work: We did talk to them three times and each of those three times they said that they would send somebody out or give us a call and they never did that either.

 + -1 moreThe technicians arrived within a few minutes of the agreed to time The two - man team completed the task professionally. I have had previous similarly positive experiences with people from this company and intend to call upon them for all heating and air conditioning work in the future.
Description of Work: Seasonal preventive maintenance. Check the operation of the heating system; inspect all components for serviceability. Clean components as required/necessary.

Description of Work: Has been a while since work was done but recall that there was some issue with their work not solving a problem and had another company help with this. They said I should have called them first but i did not do so because on the last day of the work, the tech said that he had done all he could but apparently he did not specifically mean that. Never the less, I paid them total amount of charge over a few months in about three installments, as i recall. I was not sent a formal statement, just a work order sheet with amount due now on it. As I recall there was no itemized sales tax, etc which i thought was unusual. i was hesitant to report any of this since i am dependent on their goodwill to honor the warranty on the products they sold me, so maybe i'd prefer not filing formal complaint but felt compelled to do so on logging onto the website for reference of other companies.

 + -1 moreWe had prior experience with the owner's family in auto A/C repair and were highly satisfied with the results. So we called them to give us a bid for replacement of our home unit. Response was quick and pleasant. End result was that we had the work done by Kellogg. The work was promised on a specific date to be completed on that day and the work was done as required with professionalism. Required sheet metal housing components were constructed on site and were, to my eye, well done. All-in-all a good experience.
