We had prior experience with the owner's family in auto A/C repair and were highly satisfied with the results. So we called them to give us a bid for replacement of our home unit. Response was quick and pleasant. End result was that we had the work done by Kellogg. The work was promised on a specific date to be completed on that day and the work was done as required with professionalism. Required sheet metal housing components were constructed on site and were, to my eye, well done. All-in-all a good experience.
