There are multiple ways the iShuttle rides can be accessed. The most simple way is to download the application to either your iPhone or Android. If you don't have those type of smart phones, then any phone that can access the Internet can log on to our website. Additionally users can also access our website from their home computers. Once signed up asiShuttle member, enter your personal information and your credit card information. Now choose from our many services like our Pick Up & Drop Off Service or the Hourly/Event Service. We will then assign you a unique bar code that will be scanned upon entering the iShuttle. GPS technology will track your location and then you will enter your destination. The ride can be paid for before the iShuttle shows up for pickup, so when you enter the iShuttle and scan your bar code, it will show up as paid on your mobile device. Once you have requested a ride on your phone, a map of the city will come up showing you exactly where your iShuttle is at all times. You will have real time access to your iShuttle and know when to expect your ride to be there. This will keep you from having to wait outside like other traditional means of public transportation.
