I recently inherited my parents home, which had service with them several years ago. After my Father retired, and my folks were on a fixed income, they ceased having the service. While arranging homeowners insurance, it became evident that the discount would pretty well cover the monitoring expense so I called the number and a salesman came out and determined that they would send out a technician, check out the system and restore service, if it didn't need anything there would be no charge to restore service, just pay for the monitoring. We had to have a couple of window sensors repaired and replaced one. A few years ago my parents had the house repainted and since the system was no longer in service, who ever took down the smoke alarm, motion sensor, and siren to paint, didn't re-wire them when they put them back up. The technicians identified and took care of the problems right away. Also had to replace the battery for backup power, that is where the $23.97 came in, they said the same battery was over $40.00 as most electronic stores. They didn't have a user manual for this system because it is getting old but assured me they would get one and mail it out. They were here for maybe 2 or 2.5 hours, got everything refurbished and working while being very professional and courteous. I will highly recommend them.
