The service was good, but it was a little pricey. I did have a coupon for this oil change which saved me about $10.00. The workers were very friendly. They were prompt. They completed the work fairly quickly. I would recommend them to a friend.

It is wonderful. They're just very professional. The price is average. I will be going back.

I just bought the car in July. They check on me periodically through email or text to make sure the car is still doing okay. When I have an issue I just contact them and they set up an appointment. When I was deciding on which car to buy they were very helpful and let me take my time on my selection. They did not harass me about buying a car from them. Zee was my sales representative and I feel close to them now. They were happy to work with me on pricing, as well.

it went well but the another broke and they replaced it (with a fee) but they gave a rental car free of charge for 2 days.

I went for an acceleration problem. I have an older vehicle with low mileage. I was told someone would call me when they knew what was wrong and give me an estimate on how much it would cost. I had to call the service department when no one had contacted me regarding the problem. The phone kept going to voice mail. I had to have a friend drive me back to the dealership where I was met with a huge list of items they said needed addressing. They HAD NOT fixed the problem I came in with. The cost of their estimated repairs that I had not asked for was over 2000 dollars. I asked them to fix the original issue and he said it would be done in an hour. Two hours later, I was able to leave after paying the cost of parts and a $75 labor charge which I'm assuming was for the time they spent listing all the unnecessary repairs that needed to be done. I realize there is routine maintenance required periodically depending on a vehicle's age. However, the necessary repairs that had been done were at another Honda service department. This rep acted insulted that I would patronize another dealership and told me that if not done by a certified Honda dealer that I wasted my money! My family has purchased 5 Hondas! Obviously, customer loyalty is not a priority for this Honda dealership. I'll be using Walker Honda in Alexandria for the rest of my Honda needs.

I have been a loyal customer to Holmes Honda for several years. Reid Hobby is my go-to service adviser. He is thorough and gives me all the information I need to know to make an informed decision. On this occasion, all I needed was a basic service. Everything was as expected. I love my Honda Odyssey and the Holmes Honda Service Department.

They do a good job. They handle the punctuality okay.

I'm happy with their services. I plan to use them in the future for my maintenance needs.

I like them; they do a good job. They are very convenient to the part of town that I live in and I will use them again in the future. Their pricing is a little on the high side but it was alright.
